The 2.9ha site required bulk earthworks & platforms to be created with 36500m³ of soil to be removed from site and further 42600m³ of imported material for the roads and platforms. The structural elements merges with the architectural aesthetics to create the perfect living spaces, ranging from structural concrete foundations, columns, walls and pretensioned concrete elements for the slabs, which incorporates structural steel supports.
