The new office development at 54 Glenhove has a total rentable area of 5687m².
The building is close to the M1 highway on Glenhove Road and offers views of the Houghton Golf Course and its vegetation. The structure entailed a basement with structural concrete columns and flat slabs. A retaining wall with lateral support was used to secure the basement cut before the top structure started.
