Montana township establishment entailed new master plan stormwater upgrades with box culverts to alleviate the catchments stormwater problems.
Furthermore, new intersection upgrades with a new traffic circle to link 3rd road to the local collector road, Enkeldoring road. This means better traffic flow for the area. The residential project consisted of 84 units with the structures completed in 4 months. Occupation of the first 42 units at the beginning of December 2021.
